How long will this pad last?

I have had my pad in for 4 hours, and I only have two more pads for tomorrow. I want to keep my pad in overnight. I shouls be going to bed in like 30 minutes. But would I be covered until morning? I know periods are lighter when laying down but.. Just wondering. by the way, it is always infinity ultra thin overnight pads.. (orange wrapper)
