I'm 16. My boyfriend is 19. Could I move in with him by law?

I live in Texas. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years. He has a full time job to support us. I'm looking for one now, I just graduated high school. He's going to a community college soon. I'm on birth control, very safe and mature. Don't say I'm throwing my life away I'm too young, bla bla. I don't need advice, I just need to know should i be concerned with the law, oh and his and my parents are totally fine with it.. Since I'm graduated. Help!?
