Need to clear skin fast!?

My skin is starting to break out AGAIN! I've tried everything but school starts back in a few days (we had fall break) and it looks so gross :( I have mostly oily skin but nothing makes it better! I need some suggestions for my skin type PLEASE! thank you so much
