Do I qualify for Disability?

I have ADHD, Dyslaxia, anxiety and OCD. I have a hard time counting money. No matter how many times I try it just won't stick in my head; no matter who is trying to help me. Not being able to count money doesn't leave many options open for me so a friend suggested I tried disabilty. Would I qualify?
