When a woman does this what does it mean?

She talks about marriage with you and agrees to marriage. Says she loves you and marriage is what she wants. And she is wholehearted about it. Yet, at the same time, refuses to make any of this public in any way whatsoever. Does not tell any friends or family about an engagement. Facebook relationship status does not indicate engagement. When asked about it attempts are made to change it. However, while attempting to change it excuses are given, like blaming facebook ... technical snafus, for why it cannot be changed. My conclusion one of three things is happening. She's hiding something, is uncertain about me, or is ashamed of me as I am deaf and disabled.
