Help with dog's new pups! :(?

My dog just went through a C-section because of her pups. Afterawhile, on our way home i tried to show her her new pups! But then, she growled at one of them. Then, next thing I know whenever i would hold one of the pups next to her for them to have her warmth, she would growl at them... :( What do i do?!?
