Solving a system of equations (3 variables)?

I need help with this badly. Id really like an explanation on how it was done, step by step if possible seeing as I can't figure it out no matter what I try. 5+3y+z = 12 x-3y+2x = 33 14x-2y+3z = 97 Everyone keeps talking about how easy this stuff is and im lost.
