why does yahoo make it impossible to contact them?

With the previous versions of Yahoo mail there used to be a way of contacting them It took a while to find out how but persistence got you there. With this new terrible version of Yahoo mail you can spend hours going round and round in circles getting nowhere trying to contact them Please Please Please give me my old previous version Yahoo mail back. I have had enough of this one. Have tried it in Windows and Chrome - still the same problem Have to reload page to get to my inbox. Yes I have tried multiple clicks to left pane icons and other things but it still won't work properly Yahoo you need to sort this one out quick or put out a press release to tell your clients what is going on.
