Will this cause weight gain?
I am female, 5'9, 135lbs, and pretty muscular/large bone frame. I try to exercise 5X a week (running 3-5miles) and I MAINTAIN my weight on about 1400-1600cal a day. Lately, I've been eating more like 1200-1300 just because I've been busy. Well, today I binged BAD on ice cream, Halloween candy, pumpkin pie...I ate approx. 2800-3000cal today. Will I gain a bunch from this considering how low I have to eat to just maintain? :( I also haven't exercised the past week due to having the flu.
