Transfer MTNL telephone and broadband to other place?

I'm shifting from my current address in shalimar bagh, delhi to my new address in pitam pura,delhi. Is it possible to transfer my current MTNL telephone and broadband connection? Or will I have to get a new connection and get this connection cut? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. MTNL users please help
