My indoor cat is missing :( She went out last night and didnt go back?

It is the first time. I can't sleep at night cos my cat is missing. I look to her 4x a day :( What should i do to find her :( There is a loose dog in front of our house. Does she afraid of them? That's why she doesnt go home? Our dogs are very friendly. I cry every time I remember her :( She really wants to go outside. I think she will not come back :( My mom adopt her because the old lady told my mom that the kitten doesnt have a owner. :(( What will i do please help :(
