How can I get rid of old cut scars?

How can I get rid of 32 day old cut scars. The scars weren't deep, they are pretty noticeable. Usually I would just leave them, but I'm going on vacation with my family to somewhere hot in January and my parents will get suspicious if I'm wearing pants the whole time (the cuts are on my right thigh) I can't tell my parents because I know they will freak out and probably send me to get serious help and counseling. I'm getting better and I plan on not cutting ever again. Please help me. They have to be gone in 3-4 months.
