Does Eye Color Change?

The answer to this would appear to be yes (based on the pictures). While I once had hazel eyes, I feel like they are starting to look much more blue. Granted, I realize the lighting is different in all of these pictures, I'm just trying to find out if it's just me or if eye color actually can change.
