Here's all my symptoms, what is wrong with me?

I'm gonna list everything I've been experiencing, I just wanna know if they're related in some way and what could be causing it all. Thanks. Nausea almost every night (never vomiting though) Excema and open sores on hands Uncontrollable shaking (almost like a fit) Headache every day Inability to think properly while shaking uncontrollably Weight gain (same diet but gained 5 stone in a few months) Lack of circulation in extremities (waking up with purple hands, body feels cold to the touch but I feel warm?) Is any of this related? Could it be a reaction to something I'm eating?
