Suggest a Printer with Scanner?

Hi Friends, Please suggest me a good Printer *** Scanner. I'll be using it for my business purpose for daily use to print three to ten sheets per day or even more. I heard that the Ink in the Inkjet printers dries off if it wasn't used for a week. And some Inkjet printers gives very few prints for an Ink cartridge. Also heard about the Laser printers, that it performs good and it doesn't require frequent cartridge changes(lasts about 2 years). Below are my Requirements, 1) Printer with Scanner (B/W and Color) 2) Printable through Bluetooth or WiFi too 3) Should give good amount of prints per Ink cartridge 4) Ink Cartridge should last some period when not in use 5) It would be good if able to print Photo papers. 6) My max budget is Rs.7000 I like to go for Laser printer but it's costly. I'm so confused on the type printer to choose. Based on your experience please suggest me whether should I go for Inkjet or Laser printer. Specifying the model numbers will help me more. Thanks in advance.
