What should I dooooo ?
So I been doing Squats and abs Exercise More squats tho I love my Booty in shape =) But What should I do ?? Should I eat normal or get in a diet ?? Cause If I do get in a diet I will lose a lot of weight and I am that type of person that loses weight very quick the wrong weight too And I don't want to lose weight I'm only 128 pound and I love this weight I used to weight 100 or less and I don't want to go there again please help !!
