muscle disease undiagnosed?

hi i have been having so much pain in my muscles and bones for many years now. i had blood tests that revealed i had very low calcium and vit d, but that has been stable for a year due to meds. i had a muscle biopsy that came back with abnormalities, tests are clear for mitrocondrial myopathies and also myasthenea gravis, they are not testing me for anything else and said it is one of 600 muscles disease possibly and that is it. i have ptosis and have an operation due soon. also swallowing problems. i am literally always in pain is there any one that has any ideas what this could be?
