have there has service like pushover for android ?

i know that pushover app is had both platform but in android there is no app for IFTTT.COM ...& i has kaked my reciepts in IFTTT is not working in android ..but my zaper work..so i need a another service like pushover & IFTTT for android ...& please give me full set up imformation of those service ...how to set up it's full setting...i wont good push notification service for my facebook , twitter & google services..if u know please inform me ???
