Should i trade my Silverado for a Ridgeline?

Currently I own a 2003 Silverado 2500HD V8 6.0L 2WD and the gas mileage is killing me the truck has 208,557 miles on it and the diff and trans needs service ASAP the diff hums loud to and recently I found a 2006 Honda ridgeline 3.5L V6 with AWD with 225500 miles on it all highway miles from Sacramento to Bakersfield 5 days a week up for $12,000 or a trade and KBB rates my truck being worth more in value than this particular ridgeline I guess I question is should I trade? And also how reliable is the 2006 Ridgeline compared to my old faithful :) ?
