Was Tonto Aka Johnny Depp Half Crow?

I mean he did turn into a crow and fly away at the end of the lone ranger right? Is that how he was able to escape prison and be in a certain place quite quickly? It would explain why he never ate except two grapes (my birds love fruit lol) and why he was always feeding his dead crow bird seed...
