How do i teach my mouse tricks?

Hey i got 2 female mice and ive researched heaps of ways to train them. The main thing is giving them a treat when they do it right but when i try giving them a treat they just walk of and ignore it. Ive tried heaps of different treats but most if the time rhey dont take it. So how do i make them accept a treat thanks guys pls answer :)
