How to get this guys attention - don't even know his name!?

I like this guy I always see at this store He always talks to me and seems really friendly not only to me but to everyone He seems like such a nice boy and I caught him staring at me a couple of times today I always buy stuff at the shop and it's only quick so how can I talk to him more Kinda crushing! Help!
