What is this movie...?

There is this movie that I have seen before. Anyways, all I can remember is this blonde girl calling this brunette who is wearing a red dress a liar and not deserving to marry this one guy. The woman in the red dress is angry and pours a large bowl of dip or sauce on the blonde girl and the blonde is about to attack the girl in the red dress when the guy they were arguing over comes in the room and is angry at both, calling the brunette a liar. He also says something to the effect of "is this the woman I'm going to marry tomorrow?" I'm pretty sure the blonde eventually gets the guy. Can someone help me point out the movie name? It's a romance movie.
