I have school in 6 hours and im too afraid to fall asleep?

Its 1:25 am here and i have school at 8 am. I cant sleep! My mind is kind of on edge because for some reason i found myself watching a bunch of strange videos about China taking over America and my anxiety kicked in. I just have this strange sense of impending doom and i'm really scared. Please help!
