What jobs and careers are open to me with an MPhys or PhD in Astrophysics?

I hope to study an MPhys in Physics and Astrophysics at the University of Manchester, or one of the other top 15 Universities in Physics, in a couple of years after I've acquired the necessary A Levels through distance learning. Because Astrophysics is such a specialised branch of Physics, what related careers are there that I could go into if I achieve a 2:1 MPhys degree, or even a PhD in Astrophysics? Also, what sort of careers become open to me if I achieve said degree and decide to go elsewhere, say, into Business/ Financial areas?
