Topic suggestions for my term paper in Business Law?

Please help! I am to write a "objective paper on a current controversial legal topic". The topic must pertain to business law so therefor nothing like gun control, abortion etc. Possibly something regarding contracts, real estate property, warranties, divorce or a topic similar in nature. I unfortunately don't read the news as often as a lot of people and I can't think of anything. I need to be able to show both sides of the argument but keep my opinion to myself. Help please?!
