How can i swap contacts to my new iphone without using itunes?

I just want to get the contacts from my dodgy iphone4 onto a new iphone4 but when i back up the old one and then plug in the new one and click on the manual restore back up it doesn't show that i have the option to use the back up i've just done. Is there any other way of swapping my contacts over? thanks, Drew
