Having an issue restoring my computer back to factory?

It says, "Recovery Manager could not restore your computer using the factory image. Please contact HP support. Error code: 0ef003." Then I click on "Do you want to exit Recovery Manager and reboot?", it takes me to a screen that says BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. I do that and it is a continuous loop of going right back to the BOOTMGR is missing screen. PLEASE HELP??
