NYS Laws regarding mental health counseling?

I am currently enrolled in a Masters Program for Mental Health Counseling, and I am writing a paper on Ethical Standards versus State Laws, and I cannot find the state laws regarding mental health counseling (confidentiality, personal relationships, fees, cyber counseling, records etc.) anywhere! I can find the ACA Code of Ethics, and State Laws pertaining to other states, but I need New York State's laws and regulations on the subject ASAP! Thanks in Advance! Elizabeth
