Question #11400172

What does ' Concante Espanto' mean?

Does it mean 'Sing with Terror'? I had a spanish(I think or maybe portugese?) cover teacher for a singing lesson. They kept saying 'CONTANTE ESPANTO' I asked what it mean and they say 'Sing with terror' I dont think that they translated it properly. Why would I sing a love song with terror?? They wrote it down as 'Concante Espanto' but when I google it says that Concante is not a whole word. and that Espanto means pain.
