Hi :) before you say "get professional help" I can tell you that I'm already seeing a therapist and getting help. But tomorrow I have a physical at the doctors and I need to get rid of the cuts I just made. I had a moment of weakness and I know its bad. I just don't want my mom to freak out and worry or have my doctor admit me to a hospital/rehab center. So please tell me if there are any ways to get rid of self harm cuts/redness overnight?
