Shin splints are brining me down?
I've recently recovered after being out for 2 weeks with shin splint and two sprint training sessions later there back but not as bad as before, this time they've had 5 days rest already and I'm determined to go tommorow, what can I do to speed up recovery and ease pain before the training tommorow and after it?
