Can't watch or download Dailymotion videos?

i am a google chrome user and i can't watch dailymotion videos. Error 2116 always comes up, I tried to install and uninstall flash player and it still wont work. I downloaded firefox and used that to watch + download dailymotion videos, but now i cant download anymore. I use an extension that is called 1-click dailymotion video downloader, but it always downloads as 5 bytes and it wont play. What do I do?
