Ladies, is this a good proposal idea?

As in my other questions, I have an amazing girl in my life right now. Me 21, she 18. I was just hyphypothetically thinking what if my relationship with her made it to that stage of a ring. I was bored and thinking if marriage was potential, and how I would ask her. I have a scenario and would like some opinions from you ladies out there. Here it goes. 1. I let her boss know what I want to do and get permission to get her out of work early. 2 . I send her 3 dozen roses with a note saying I have a surprise in store for her. 3. I show up in a tux and tell her she is leaving for day and I have talked to boss. 4. I take her back to get changed. I say we are eating out. 5. Show up early to oceanside restaurant 6. Tell to walk on beach first. 7. Pop question on beach If yes 8. Five star restaurant 9. Sunset boat ride 10. Finish night off at an upscale hotel suite with candles Would a lady like this?
