Will demi permanant hair dye come out completely?

Over summer break I was wanting to dye my dark blonde(not naturally blonde) hair with demi permanant blue-black hair dye. The bottle says 16-30 washes but would it permanantly stain my hair since it's been bleached? Also if you have used a demi permanant black hair dye and it washed out completely, which brand was it?
