CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT?

I like this guy a lot and I want him to like me too, but it's not like I want to force him. I've gotten past the stage where I finally talk to him. He says hi to me in the mornings and when I'm getting off the school bus he says bye. Sometimes he asks me how I'm feeling and how I'm doing. he and I have had some deeper conversations but I want them to happen more often and I want him to like me. How do I do this?
