How to stop Fairy Martins breeding?

We have a bounce of fairy martins breeding a on the outer area of are house. Every year they are breeding. And we have a beautiful dam for them to build their nest and get food. But we want it to stop. Is there anyway to scare them away, or prevent them from building their nest on our house? If anyone knows, please let me know.
