My boyfriend thinks I got him arrested-how do I clear my name?

My boyfriend was arrested a few months ago while driving my car. He was caught with Marijuana but his friend was caught with a gun. I was able to get my boyfriend out of jail within a few days but his friend is still in there and will be in there for a long time. Since he was on parole with a fire-arm. Now everyone knows I HATE my boyfriends friend who was arrested cause he is a loser. But now he is telling my boyfriend that someone informed to police on them and he thinks it was me. So now my boyfriend thinks I snitched on him. Despite how much I hate his friend-why would I try to get someone I love in trouble? Any-way, Is there any way to prove I did not inform on him?
