Am 14 and my friends giving me a tatoo wil it be sore?

My friend has tattoos and he's 16 there pretty good and don't look dangerous and he will do it to me for free? Should I get one and is it sore like one on my arm where my muscles are please tell me what it feels like 10 points thanks for help
