I drew on myself and now I have a raised mark?

I must sound really stupid but I got bored and drew a little design on the inside of my wrist with a pen while I was bored. When I washed off the pen around a minute after, I saw that I now have a raised form of the design left on my skin. It almost looks like a scar. It doesn't hurt but I'm really worried and I don't know how to make it go away. What should I do?
