Should i be doing cardio or weight training?
I am now 6ft 2 and 154lbs (guy). I have lost around 5 stone and i'm now at the last hurdle before i will be happy. The problem is that my upper body is perfectly fine but i could do with losing some fat around my thighs. Should i be doing weight exercises for my legs or should i be focusing on cardio to lose an inch or so from my thighs. I only ask this because cardio also gets rid of muscle and i do not want to lose anymore from my upper body. Any ideas as i have a pretty toned upper body but big thighs make my overall image still looks pretty big because of my thigh area.
