spot in my ear what should i do ?

so yeah it kinda explains itself, so it is really a quite large spot covering most of the hole part of my ear and protruding slightly out, i cant hear from that ear aswell even if i move the spot around what can i do, i am already on antibiotics for my spots on my face and my mum said it should deal with the spot in my ear, please help guys because im a musical person and cant listen to music properly at the moment and have to perform in a concert in just under 2 weeks, the antibiotics im on and called lymeciline or something like that, they are for acne treatment..... thanks guys
