wr/qb to start week 10?

i need to start 3 wr. already have brandon marshall and keenan allen locked in..who should i go with for my number 3 harry douglas vs seattle or cecil shorts vs ten...both not great match ups. Also who would you go with RG3 or Luck...luck is consistent but rg3 has a great match up
