Can I change the language of CoD Ghosts?

The thing is that I live in Mexico, but yesterday when I bought ghosts it was completely in spanish. Is there any way to change the language to english or do I have to buy the disk in english. Once in Black Ops my language changed from English to Spanish and then back again, so I suspect it can be done but I don't know how. My xbox is in english so that is not the solution. Thanks
