How to I format an Outlook Signature so it remains the same?

I have been tasked with creating a business signature for my office. I have created one in HTML format but it gets all jacked up when someone views/replies to it from say their iPhone or a Gmail / Yahoo / Hotmail account. Like, it shifts around all funky like. Is there a way to create one that it does not do this? I have to have four images included in the signature. One for the parent company, one each for the sister companies as well as the linkedin logo to connect to our professional profiles.
