Does indian army considers the body frame factor when measuring the weight?

Does indian army considers the body frame factor when measuring the weight.? i stand 5"9 and i weigh 74kgs,,,,i tried to look for height weight ratio chart ...and they all show 59-63 as the idea weight....then i found about body frames...so according to that i have a large body frame (though i am not obese...i am bit buffed up ;) ) ....and i am perfectly fine ! so i just wanna do they use body frame criteria at army physical exam...because lowering myself to 63 would e super hard and i ll lose my strength!!
