Will unemployment in Michigan be direct deposited on Black Friday?

My mothers unemployment is direct deposited to her bank account every 2 weeks on Friday. She is scheduled to get a direct deposit on 11/29 which happens to be black friday! Will it still be there that day or delayed? Im trying to plan her bills/budget for her.... Thanks!
