I think I'm in love with my sister, what should I do?

She's just so beautiful, and that's all I think about when she's around. How do I go about finding out if she is also in love with me? I don't want to creep her out or anything. Also, if she does love me back, where would we have to go for it to be legal and socially acceptable for us to love each other?
