Question #11650288

Local Post office Exception?

I ordered a package from UPS which was supposed to come yesterday. The tracking info says the Post office attempted delivery and left a delivery notice at the location. Contact post office per delivery notice. I didn't get a delivery notice however I live in an apartment building and someone could've torn it off. So does this mean that it is at the post office for pick up or does this mean that the post office will try and deliver it again.
