I am getting this error when I try to play football manager 2014 ?

Hi I am getting this error when I try to play football manager 2014 - the procedure entry point ?init@berkelium@@YAXU?$Weakstring@_W@1@@… could not be located in the dynamic link library berikelium.dll. Can anyone help me ? Thanks.
